Luxury Namibia Fly-In Safari

This luxury fly-in Safari will allow you to spend a week exploring some of the most iconic Namibian destinations. This unique, magical journey will take you from the capital city of Windhoek to the largest privately owned nature reserve in Southern Africa and the spell-binding Wolwedans. Then take a scenic flight over the oldest desert in the World, with some of the highest sand dunes on Earth to the coastal playground of Swakopmund. Stop off for lunch in captivating Damaraland, before travelling all the way to the Angolan border and Serra Cafema where you will meet the mythical Himba tribe, one of the last true Nomadic tribes in Africa. From here you spend one night at the world renowned Etosha National Park, home to 114 mammal species, before being flown to the international airport for your onward journey.

DAY 1

Upon arrival at the Windhoek International Airport, you will be transferred, by our black-tie chauffeur service to your over-night accommodation. This evening a cocktail function will be hosted, where you can meet the other participants and lodge owners.

DAY 2

This morning you will have an early transfer to the local airport where you will meet your pilot/guide who will accompany you for the coming few days. From Windhoek you will fly in a C210 to the largest privately owned Nature Reserve in Southern Africa, the NamibRand. This is home to Wolwedans Dunes Lodge. The NamibRand was declared a gold-status dark sky reserve in 2012. No camera lens can capture the full glory of the night skies in Namibia, and in particular at Wolwedans.

DAY 3

Take a scenic flight over Namibia’s second UNESCO World heritage site, the towering sand dunes of Sossusvlei then the ship-wrecked Eduard Bohlen before heading on to the coastal playground of Swakopmund, where you will spend a night at a newly opened local Hotel.

DAY 4 & 5

From Swakopmund you will fly up to the geographically diverse region of Damaraland where you will enjoy a sumptuous lunch at Mowani Mountain Camp. From here you will continue your journey to one of the most remote, and beautiful lodges in Southern Africa, Serra Cafema. You will spend the next day exploring this arid eden, and learning about one of the last truly Nomadic tribes in Africa, they near mythical Himbas.

DAY 6

From Kaokoland you will head towards one of the largest Nature Reserves in the World, The Etosha National Park and spend a night in the unfenced Ongava Tented Camp. Here you have the opportunity to experience some of Namibia’s most captivating wildlife at close quarters! Ongava is part of the black rhino custodianship project as well as healthy lion populations. You never know what Africa’s theatre will deliver.

DAY 7

After an enlightening, and eye-opening few days you will be returned to the Hosea Kutako International Airport in time for your onward flight.
